Licensing Agreement Terms (please read carefully):

This Educational License allows for Limited Performance of The Edge of Her Mind Anthology (Film) within a College, University, or K-12 School to a classroom-sized audience of students, without any admission charged, from the date of this purchase until the Length of Term chosen above:

Licensor grants the Licensee the non-exclusive right to:

  • Include the Film in Licensee’s public library made available to its authorized users and/or card-holders for the purposes of research, education, or other non-commercial or non-performance use for student, staff and faculty or any additional authorized users.
  • Exhibit the Film in a non-public, non-theatrical setting for educational use within a classroom, gallery, library, lecture hall, museum, or similar educational context, by means of the Digital Download Link or DVD to be furnished by Licensor to Licensee (for the length of the term of this Agreement) for an unlimited number of screenings.

The Licensee must not :

  • Charge an admission or viewing fee.
  • Screen or perform the film outside of the single location of the educational facility purchasing this agreement.
  • Cause or authorize any advertising , promotional or other commercial material to be displayed before or following the Film or associate any screening of the Film with any sponsorship or charity.
  • Publicly perform, communicate, transmit, broadcast, distribute or otherwise make available any part of the Film (or permit others to do the same) through any form of diffusion system, computer network or system whether open or closed (including without limitation the Internet) or telecommunications network.
  • Edit, dub, or alter the Film, in whole or in part, including credits and copyright notices.

RESTRICTIONS: The Rights contained herein are non-transferable. Sublicensing, subleasing, duplicating, digitizing, renting, selling, broadcast, cablecast, webcast, loan or transfer to any other institutions or venues, or any other act not expressly permitted in this Agreement, is prohibited.

Following receipt of License Fee payment, the Digital Download Link or DVD will be shipped or delivered to the Licensee via the method requested by Licensee at the time of ordering. Licensee shall notify Licensor in writing of any defects with the Digital Download Link or DVD within Five (5) days of receipt.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event that the Film delivered is defective in any way, Licensor shall be solely liable to replace such Film within Five (5) business days, at Licensor’s expense. Licensor shall have no other obligations and/or liabilities to Licensee.

Once the product is properly delivered no refunds will be offered.
